Welcome to a world in which reading is fun! Our illustrated stories, or Early Readers books, have been designed to support children's learning. These humorous printed and online books will capture young children's imagination and will spark a desire in children to read more.
Reading allows children to enter the exciting world of learning. Fostering literacy, or reading skills, is one of the most important skills children can learn. Our young children's stories and illustrated books are an excellent way to promote good reading habits. The stories, can be used for students whether in school or home schooling. They are excellent for ESL children (English as a Second Language) and for use by TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) teachers. The books are currently used in Hong Kong schools by young students learn English as a foriegn language. The books language has been designed to enhance learning in an exciting, fun way, incorporating repetition which young children love and need. These young children's stories will be an asset for any ESL teacher. Children of all ages will enjoy reading these illustrated story books. Easy to read stories, or beginning readers, have been created for children who are starting to read as well as tales for more independent readers. All children will gain ability and knowledge from these resources, while experiencing the joy of reading. These stories have been written and illustrated by Susan Syddall, who is a highly qualified and experienced teacher of young children. She has taught English as a second language to early readers for many years. Susan has a sincere desire to cultivate a love of reading within children resulting in these fun filled books which capture the imagination of children young and old. These illustrated children's books are educational and will help children's development in literacy and numeracy while at the same time provide a source of entertainment. The best learning occurs when children are having fun. Educational activities and suggestions have also been included which will allow kids to extend their literacy skills while having fun. Using educational technology to tell a captivating story will enhance the language learning of all readers.
