Refunds Refunding Within 60 Days of Payment
With reference to the following conditions, a refund for the entire amount or partial refunds of a transaction may be made within 60 days. If goods have already been shipped, no refund will be made. Post packed goods or returned goods will only be accepted based on the customer paying for all packaging and shipping, payment and a restocking fee but only with prior approval and with the returned goods in as new condition.
Refunding After 60 Days
When a refund is made after 60 days, transaction fees charged for processing the payment are not refunded. Refunds may only be on a pro-rata basis. See conditions in Refunding Within 60 Days of Payment.
